Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of wattshelf.shop and any purchase you make from Wattshelf ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who can order. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We currently ship within the United States only.
2. Products and pricing. We try to describe products and show prices accurately. If we find a mistake in a price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Product photos are illustrations, and colors may look different on your screen.
3. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, a pricing error or a stock problem. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.
4. Payment. Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Shipping. Shipping is free on US orders. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive about 5 to 10 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. See our Shipping policy for details.
6. Returns and refunds. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged or wrong are replaced free. See our Refund policy for the full process. Contact us before sending anything back.
7. Product safety. Use products as the instructions describe. Do not leave charging products, heated clothing or electronics unattended while in use, and stop using any product that overheats, smells or looks damaged. Products that use batteries or power banks must be used with compatible, certified accessories.
8. Intellectual property. The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Wattshelf or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
9. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
10. Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
11. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio , USA.
13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order applies to that order.

Privacy policy fix. It stopped mid-sentence at "provide notice as required by applicable". Go to Settings → Policies → Privacy policy, and at the very end make the sentence read "provide notice as required by applicable law." Then add this underneath: Contact
