Shipping policy

Cost

Shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum.

Timing

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after the order ships.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate boxes.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Lost packages

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it shipped, contact us. We will send it again or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Wrong address

Contact us as soon as you notice. We can change the address free of charge until the order ships. After it ships, we will do what the carrier allows.

Holiday orders

Orders placed by Monday, December 7, 2026 are expected to arrive before December 25. We cannot promise holiday delivery for orders placed after that date.
