Refund policy
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Earbuds that have been worn, the mug if it has been used, and the heated jacket if it has been worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Arrived broken, faulty or wrong
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send the item back.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact page, or reply to your order confirmation email, and include your order number. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Return postage
You cover return postage if you changed your mind. We cover it if the item was faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Size exchanges
The heated jacket can be exchanged for another size within 30 days if it is unworn.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change an order free of charge until it ships. Contact us as soon as you can.
